high speed combing machines, 32 automatic computerized single-needle
quilting machines and 6 automatic computerized multi-needle quilting
machines, automatic hair-cleaning equipment, semi-automatic packing
machines and other relevant equipments, we have the most automatic
quilt production line in China. The whole production process is controlled
and recorded by computer. Our annual production capacity for quilt is 2.1 million pieces. The production line for bed sets and curtains includes
cutting,ironing,sewing and finishing, and is able to produce 1.8 million sets of bed set , 3.6 million pieces of
curtains and 2 million pieces of cushion annually
